All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor.  The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in Change Order 1 for approval.  The Director of Construction Services Department has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statues.

That the Tuttle Elementary School-Old Media Center Renovation Construction project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
